The Process starts as soon as you book your appointment

That’s right. I send you a CD that explains how hypnosis works and puts your mind at rest about any concerns you might have . There is no need to reduce the number of cigarettes before your appointment, though some people find that they automatically do.

Once you understand about hypnosis, you listen to a gentle relaxation several times before your appointment.  This ensures that when you come to see me you achieve a good level of hypnosis first time.  And it's one of the reasons that so many people stop after only one session with me.
